First and second place for NSA athletes at a competition in Tsaribrod

Athletes from the National Sports Academy "Vasil Levski" performed excellently at the "Gmitrovden Cross 2024." The competition in Tsaribrod, Serbia, took place on November 7, 2024. In the fierce competition, Petya Kovacheva won in the women's category, while Yasen Nedev finished second in the men's category. Both are students at the Sports Academy.

Leading the Bulgarian delegation was Chief Assistant Kostadin Kissiov from the "Athletics" Department, and participation in the cross-country race was part of the cooperation agreement between NSA and the Municipality of Tsaribrod. The awards were presented to the winners by Zoran Djurov, Chairman of the Tsaribrod Municipal Council.
